We hadden heel fijn contact. De lijntjes zijn kort en iedereen is snel en goed te bereiken voor eventuele vragen. Van Herk heeft een goede inschatting gemaakt van de waarde van ons huis en heeft het huis goed in de markt gezet. My experience was certainly not bad, but could have been better. Knowledgeable people, but there was a staff shortage during our period which meant we had to do half of the viewings without an agent. Very unfortunate, because discussing the height of your bids is simply less well-considered as a result. The added value for us was in the portal, allowing you to quickly respond to houses, but you don't pay the purchasing broker for this. I had hoped that the broker would also come up with some houses themselves, but ultimately this is something I should have communicated. Responses to emails and phone calls are quick and they were very professional and informed. Ultimately, we could have bought a house quickly, but even then without an agent being present at the viewing. With such a big decision, we would have preferred to have an expert go with us and pay attention to things that we wouldn't think of ourselves, and thus advise whether it was a good purchase or not. Ultimately, it was fine, but still a shame that there wasn’t more personal attention. On the day of the transfer, instead of our own broker, the broker of the other party arrived with a bottle of champagne as a gift, for example. It's in the details.

Fred had us on the floor, doing a whole 'poppy jopie' thing with the iPad, putting his story in it, and then we do this and that... all very smoothly. We had our house for sale a few years ago during the bad times but that realtor didn't suit us and was withdrawn from the sale due to other reasons. The biggest point of criticism was listening. Well, that’s exactly what van Herk doesn’t understand. Full of himself, he stalks you for a number of days while you indicate that you are letting the 3 realtors settle. Then you nicely let him know that the choice didn't fall on him and why. No reaction... Arrogant jerk bah.. so the right choice not to go with him.
