Belderbos unfortunately isn't a good real estate agent. We sold our house with this agent, thought we had made the right choice but that turned out to be quite different. Messy process beforehand: several times there were errors in the order confirmation to our disadvantage. For example, still trying to add media costs to the assignment while this wasn't the agreement. Late scheduling of appointments: only 2 weeks later was it possible to view the property after the first buyers had reported, because there was 'no space'. Poor negotiation: with the initial offers, pressure was immediately put on agreeing to them and poorly / unclearly communicated about what the offer exactly entailed. Because we remained in the lead, the final result was good but that wasn't without a struggle with the agent. There was no time for signing the agreement, we ultimately arranged that ourselves with the buyers. Ultimately, the conditions under which the last bid was accepted were not properly conveyed to the buyers, leading to trouble until the very last moment. In that case, Harold decided to make choices himself instead of discussing them. A penny saved is a penny earned unfortunately. The price was sharp but the whole process was actually downright bad. My advice is to choose another real estate agent.

There is little contact, difficult to reach, and emails are rarely answered. Phone callback requests are also not handled well.

Very poorly organized realtor, I think quite nice as a selling realtor, because they get the most out of it. However, if you are a buyer, I don't think they act properly. They schedule viewings when you no longer have a chance to bid. Viewing a property in The Hague, which had already been sold, so that viewing was completely a waste of our time and effort. So be careful when viewing the properties of this realtor.

Unbelievable, Scheduling a viewing for which you take time off... arriving at the location after 1 hour and 20 minutes of driving. Turns out the house had already been sold. But they forgot to inform us. And the response was literally: 'oh you probably understand that things sometimes go wrong. Good luck with your search.' Dredging Company.
