We have had the opportunity to view two houses coincidentally both times with the same real estate agent, Manon van Baalen. We knew that just like us many others are looking for a starter home, but more effort could be put into selling the houses. The rooms were shown, no extra information was given and if we had a question it could be found in the brochure or was answered very briefly. Ridiculous! If you experience this once you might think that person is having a bad day, but after two viewings it was clear. Totally no pleasant atmosphere. It's only because the houses looked good that we made an offer, but if I had gone by the real estate agent I would have quickly left.
