IIn het verkoopproces zijn vervolgens een aantal punten misgelopen. Bij de waardebepaling hebben we duidelijk aangegeven dat de boiler gehuurd is en dat er dus een huurcontract bestaat. Tijdens de eerste verkoop is dit simpelweg niet in het koopcontract gezet, waardoor wij er zelf achteraan moesten.
