This is the 2nd time I've called on Mario's help for a purchase that didn't go entirely smoothly. Mario took over the communication, and of course also gave the house an extra good look for any potential extra points we need to pay attention to, and after that everything went well. Everything now in cans and jars, Mario is certainly a recommendation! Of course the rest of his office as well (Marlies is also a top performer!!) but I had less to do with them.

During the bidding process, we were well informed by Marlies. The entire sales process went smoothly and without hassle. The only thing we found strange was that we weren't invited to the inspection and therefore weren't present there. That, however, had no further consequences.

Het team van Hugtenburg en de Vries zijn als aankoopmakelaar echte toppers. Vooral contact gehad met Jorrit en Kim. Kundige makelaars die je van ieder huis goed de voor- en nadelen kunnen vertellen en aangeven waar je allemaal op moet letten. Nemen de tijd voor je en zijn altijd goed bereikbaar. Ik beveel hen 100% aan als aankoopmakelaar in Haarlem e.o.

Zeer professioneel team, die goed, duidelijk en prettig communiceert gedurende het hele traject van verkoop. Zijn zeer meedenkend, en ook meelevend als het tegenzit! Ook de styliste vooraf aan de foto's is van grote meerwaarde voor ons geweest! Ik kan Hugtenburg en de Vries iedereen aanraden!!

Mario (en zijn team) heeft ons wederom een goede dienst bewezen. In het verleden hielp hij ons al eens bij de aankoop van onze woning en nu wederom ondersteuning bij de aankoop en verkoop. Betrokkenheid en heldere/vlotte communicatie zijn o.a. de pluspunten van dit kantoor.

Niet te vertrouwen! Mario keek mij in de ogen aan met zijn hand onder de kraan zei "Het heet water doet het hoor!" Dat kon helemaal niet. De gasleiding was dicht en de CV ketel stond uit. Iemand die zo terloops een leugen laat vallen om eerder buiten te staan, daar schrok ik van. Toen hij zei dat het huis niet op houten palen stond, maar hij dat niet op papier kon laten zien. Was dat misschien ook een leugen? Toen hij zei dat het hoogste bod al boven de vraagprijs lag. Wat was daar van waar? Toen hij mij belde om te zeggen dat hij een bevriende taxateur kon regelen die zou zorgen dat de marktwaarde op het bod aansloot. Was dat ook een verkooptruc? Ik ben blij dat ik het niet gedaan heb. Pas op voor bedrog en manipulatie bij deze man!

Zoals dhr. Puttiger ook heeft vermeld: De heer M. de Vries is een gehaaste man. Gladjes en ongeïnteresseerd. Snel even een "huisje" taxeren en vooral niet te veel werk van maken met vervolgens fouten in het rapport... Telefonisch geeft een medewerker van H&dV alvast de taxatiewaarde door om vervolgens in het rapport te zien dat de waarde toch minder is geworden... Even een ex. b.t.w. bedrag als incl. b.t.w. vermelden en na correctie de waarde van de woning niet hoger inschatten, maar opmerking maken dat de verbouwing te duur is ingezet... (er staat straks vrijwel een heel nieuw huis, maar meneer vindt dat dit goekoper kan). Onze hypotheekadviseur had H&dV ingezet voor de taxatie en wij zijn hier blind in meegegaan... ik hoop dat toekomstige potentiële klanten vooraf onderzoek doen en hun keuze gebaseerd op deze en andere reviews weloverwogen maken. Wij raden het in ieder geval STERK af.

Mario de Vries heeft mij geholpen bij het aankopen van mijn 1e woning. Ik ben zeer content met zijn hulp! Hij was altijd goed bereikbaar en geeft gedegen advies. Ook de dames van de binnendienst waren altijd goed te bereiken en behulpzaam. Dank!!

Waardeloze communicatie, M. De Vries maakt fout met taxeren en kan zich vervolgens niets herinneren. Opstelling tijdens taxatie is gehaast en daardoor luistert deze man niet goed en ontstaan er fouten. Maak dus goede en controleerbare afspraken want deze man kan zich net zo opstellen als premier Rutte (ik kan het mij niet herinneren). Rekening en herinneringen worden zeer snel en correct verstuurd. Taxatierapport zelf is ok, alleen jammer dat bedrag niet klopt.

Top makelaar. Mario en z'n collega's hebben ons huis goed verkocht. Professioneel, betrokken en heel punctueel. Dank!

Duur (Provisie ! & weinig service, relevante informatie werd er niet gegeven tijdens de bezichting. Verder een niet klantgerichte ervaring. Tevens wisselden de collega´s telkens en dat geeft ook geen prettig gevoel en zo druk hadden ze het niet (te weinig huizen in de verkoop was het probleem) Al met al genoeg anderen! Mooijekind de Vleut bijvoorbeeld en PUUR makelaars! Wel goede ervaringen mee!
