Cirkel Makelaars was de aankoop makelaar, zowel als onze verkoop makelaar. We hebben goede afspraken kunnen maken over de kostprijs en wat dat allemaal inhield. Heldere communicatie en kennis van zaken.

Het contact met de makelaar verliep met name via een Whatsapp groep en dat was heel plezierig. De makelaar gaf ook buiten kantooruren een snelle reactie op onze vragen.

De begeleiding tijdens de verkoop van de woning was deskundig, pro-actief met korte en efficiënte communicatielijn. De adviezen waren eerlijk en sloten goed aan bij mijn verwachting.

After some searching, we ended up at Cirkel. The initial phone call was very pleasant; all the info about buying a house was explained briefly and concisely. Often much more than the selling broker, which was sometimes even embarrassing to see. Bas could tell everything about the houses themselves, the history, the ground, the condition, the construction, and so on. As a novice, it’s enormously nice to have someone with so much knowledge by your side. After many viewings, we bought a house. Even during this procedure, we were guided very well.
