Taken BijWillem on in hand for sale of house in Harderwijk. During the discussion of the sale, a number of expectations were expressed about the sales process. Willem indicated that he could meet these with his method of personal and approachable. However, during the sales process, Willem did not fully live up to these expectations and, upon inquiry afterwards, could not or only partially remember them. Reachability is not always equally good. No 100% transparency in communication experienced. A pity for us, because the house was sold but an undesirable aftertaste remains due to a number of points in the actions of the real estate agent that we had discussed differently beforehand and would therefore also have liked to see and experience differently in execution. Discussing the points with Willem did not lead to adjustment or recovery. After the process, there was no request for our experiences and/or whether the offered services were satisfactory.

They ask you everything you have, or rather, they don't look at your income or family situation. They go so far as to request your complete past from the justice system. It can't get any crazier. Unbelievable, really. Everywhere in the Netherlands you are screened, followed and monitored. Please let's just live in the now and not delve into someone’s past, nosy little ones!
