Ik zocht met mijn zwangere vriendin Romy een huis. We hadden door onze toekomstplannen wel de wens om groter te wonen - het liefst een hoek- of tweekapper in Harderwijk met de auto voor de deur. In deze markt voelde dit, naast de ‘haast’ die we al wel hadden, eigenlijk wel als onmogelijk. We besloten om Marieke als aankoopmakelaar in te schakelen. Iets waar we beiden geen ervaring mee hadden maar het voelde als het juiste. Mede door haar ervaring maar ook door haar directe karakter, eerlijke advies en doordachte aanpak. Wat we ook bij haar collega Mariska hebben ervaren! De dames hoorden ons verhaal aan en gaven aan dat het ‘een uitdaging maar niet onmogelijk zou worden’. Het 1e huis dat we bezichtigden met Marieke werd ‘m niet. We waren zelf prima tevreden alleen Marieke met haar kennis en ook bouwkundige inzicht gaf toch aan: ‘Ik denk dat we iets beters kunnen vinden voor ditzelfde geld.’ Binnen 2 dagen liepen we onze droomwoning binnen. We waren meteen verliefd. Toen begon het spannende proces: een bod uitbrengen. Ook hierin haalde Marieke de emotie eruit waardoor we zijn behoed voor veel te hysterisch bieden. Het bod werd geaccepteerd en ons huis was gekocht. Dit proces heeft 1 week geduurd. Uitzonderlijk voor deze tijd. We zijn zo ontzettend dankbaar voor de hulp van beide dames. Het snelle schakelen, de open communicatie en hun enthousiasme en kennis van de lokale markt maken het verschil. Zonder hen was dit niet gelukt. De investering is het dubbel en dwars waard dus voor iedereen die een woning zoekt; schakel Stijkel in. Je zal geen spijt krijgen!

Afgelopen maart 2023 hebben we een woning gekocht waarbij Stijkel de verkopende makelaar was. Het was een kluswoning waarbij we nu weten dat Marieke Stijkel gewoon eerlijk is geweest over de staat van de woning. De bezichtiging verliep zeer prettig en de informatie is snel en kundig gegeven. Dat er nog wat haken en ogen aan de woning zaten is ook eerlijk verteld. En alles klopte achteraf. Het was ook duidelijk dat het belang van de verkopende partij bovenaan stond bij gunning aan ons. We zijn dus zeer tevreden en Stijkel makelaars is een aanrader!

Marieke Stijkel is de beste makelaar die ik ooit heb ontmoet. En ik heb er in de loop der jaren al heel wat ontmoet... Met de hulp van haar fantastische assistente Gerda heeft ze de verkoop van het appartement van mijn schoonmoeder in Harderwijk fantastisch verzorgd. Marieke en Gerda hebben alles geregeld wat er gedaan moest worden, aangezien mijn vrouw Patricia en ik in het verre Eindhoven wonen. Natuurlijk hebben ze alle praktische ondersteuning geboden die nodig was en snel en accuraat wat extra's toegevoegd. Daarnaast bewonder ik Marieke's manier van communiceren: ze luistert goed en als ze praat, is het vriendelijk, eerlijk, transparant en respectvol. Marieke weet de verwachtingen van haar klant uitstekend te managen - een goede combinatie van IQ en EQ. Deze dames zijn echte professionals!

Na lang na gedacht te hebben wat ik hier over kwijt wou heb ik het toch besloten om te doen. Stijkel was de verkopende partij van een woning die ik gekocht heb samen met mijn partner. Toen meneer Stijkel te horen kreeg dat ik mijn huis verkocht bij een makelaar die niet NVM geregistreerd was veranderde de insteek. Dit resulteerde erin dat ik gebeld werd en mijn huidige makelaar erg negatief werd afgeschilderd. Daarbij kwam de opmerking dat hij (Stijkel) mijn huis sneller zou verkopen dit alleen al door de NVM registratie. Mijn makelaar had mijn woning daarin tegen binnen 38 uur verkocht. Toen ik meneer Stijkel heb medegedeeld dat ik de verkoop via mijn makelaar liet verlopen werd de samenwerking naar mijn ervaring moeizamer. Wel heb ik een excuus gekregen maar dit haalt de frustratie niet weg die ik ervaren heb.
