Book ordered and paid online, since then nothing more heard. After more than a month of not hearing anything, informed and then you simply get the message that the book is out of stock and no longer available. After requesting more information on how this is possible, because ordered in time, we must hear that the book was already out of stock (bullshit, because they had called before ordering online), so it's pure deception!! If we hadn't called, nothing would have been done. A huge disappointment, because we were really looking forward to the book 'Luc' about Luc De Vos. Particularly bad experience, service & customer experience. Stay away here, because they are not in it with the customer & you're lied to. Particularly sad.

Dishonest about the way of selling; it turned out after contacting the office that they weren't going to register at all, which the realtor had claimed.
