Looking for a real estate agent? Searching further is really a waste of your time. The way Rob Timmers guided us in the purchase of our semi-detached farmhouse with outbuildings deserves more than 5 stars. Rob literally looked between the walls and under roof tiles to see if anything was wrong with the buildings, researched surrounding plots, pointed out important points and renovation costs to us, and even managed to negotiate a discount off the asking price during these turbulent times. What does that cost then, you might ask yourself? A fixed amount that is surprisingly half of what the competition charges. When I pointed this out to Rob, his down-to-earth answer was; 'We believe we should be able to deliver good work for this amount.' Buying or selling a house, I don't think it makes much difference. The guidance is truly personal and if you engage this team, you no longer have to worry about anything during the entire process.
