If you want a realtor who doesn't deliver on what they promise, then definitely recommend. On Easter Monday, a house is put online on Funda after which I immediately call because I am interested. I get through to the realtor who answers me in an irritated manner and wonders why I called. Subsequently, he calls me back the next day.
