Hello, I recently had an experience with this company. Last year I rented a house from this 'company'. I could prove that I always adhered to the payment deadlines and that the house looked much better and cleaner when we left than when we arrived. The past month they had no more interest in us and after moving out it took 5 months before they returned our deposit (they had calculated €600 for replacing a window of 50*50 cm and a tile of 10*10 cm). It is also noteworthy that the so-called 'boss' of the 'company' is a very rude and unfriendly man who treats a few men who always behave properly. At first they will be the best, but when it's time to work, they disappear. 0% Professionals 0% Recommended

Hallo, Ik ben een recente klant van dit bedrijf. We hebben een jaar met ze samengewerkt en nadat we aan alle contractvoorwaarden hadden voldaan, zouden we het huis verlaten. In het contract stond dat we de borg binnen maximaal een maand terug zouden krijgen. Het klopt dat ze maar twee dingen in het huis hoefden te repareren, maar ze hebben er meer dan vier maanden over gedaan. We moesten ze elke dag bellen om te vragen waar ons geld bleef, en ze gaven ons steeds dezelfde excuses. Dat was ontzettend frustrerend. En dan hadden we ook nog te maken met wat volgens mij de baas van het bedrijf was, "Adrien". We hadden een afspraak met hem omdat ze foto's van ons huis wilden maken (ook al waren we er niet) omdat ze het wilden verkopen. Daar gebeurde iets heel bizars: hij begon te schreeuwen als een kind (we hebben het over een man van ongeveer 80 jaar) en gooide ons eruit. Het meest onprofessionele bedrijf dat ik ooit heb gezien. Ik hoop dat je nooit met ze in zee gaat.

This company makes appointments and doesn't follow through on them. After sending emails for 4-5 months stating that payment is still due for the services rendered, there is simply no response and the photos are used without responding to their emails. Deeply and deeply sad. This concerns an amount of €820,- excluding VAT and they do not respond to emails or phone calls. So it's not very convenient to react publicly here.

Mr. Tollenaar and his colleagues are a top team who got me out of an unpleasant situation and helped me find a beautiful home within 3 months! So to everyone who is doubting, I would say schedule an introductory meeting and you will naturally see that they know exactly what they are talking about.

They give excellent advice and have a fantastic team. They helped us and answered all our questions, guiding us at every step. Even after purchasing the house, we can still rely on them for help (in our case, that was María, who not only speaks our language, which was of invaluable value for understanding everything, but is also incredibly polite and always willing to help). The best thing is that this real estate office can guide you, in addition to the official Dutch, also in English, Spanish or Polish! Fantastic! We recommend them 1000% ! First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Optimaal Makelaars (every team member for their attention and time). Thank you very much for every moment that you have made available to me. My dream of owning a home has come true. Three years ago I started a new phase in my life by moving to the Netherlands. I am happy and proud that I have my first house, my own little place, and that my family can visit me. The experience with the team members was and is fantastic, clear and respectful. I greatly appreciate the help I received. Everything was very professional. I always felt very welcome in the office and I can honestly say that it is not just a real estate agency, for me personally it is much more. With all confidence and honesty I recommend their services! Once again, thank you very much!

Very bad realtor. Only thinks about himself, doesn't keep appointments. Advice: leave this 'realtor' far behind. A lot is promised but not delivered.

Absoluut fantastisch! Een echte aanrader! Het is erg moeilijk om goede, betrouwbare makelaars in Nederland te vinden. Als je uit een ander land komt, kan het behoorlijk overweldigend zijn met alle nieuwe manieren van werken en het woningtekort. Adriaan, Quinton en hun team waren echt geweldig en het was zo fijn om zo'n goed team aan onze zijde te hebben!

We commissioned a heat scan of our house from Optimaal. The service was prompt and good. The report was extensive and very informative. With this, we can move forward to make our house more energy-efficient and address 'heat leaks'. Satisfied customer!

Not competent, rude, many errors in the report

Please do not conduct business with this company. You are being scammed where you stand. To respond to the reaction of Mr. Tollenaar regarding Nick Sluis, Nick Sluis is not my friend. This just shows that Mr. Tollenaar is not competent and does not do sufficient research before drawing conclusions. A pity this is. It's nice to know that Mr. Tollenaar always tries to get away with things and that it’s not only about our appraisal report. I also seriously wonder if openly displaying this type of personal data, such as the fact that the file is with Incassonet, does not conflict with the law on the protection of personal data and GDPR. Are you actually allowed to do this as a company? Publish personal customer data with the name of the customer on the internet?

It's very good. I have all my work done, such as tax returns and accounting; I am very satisfied.

It's that 1 star is the minimum. I wouldn't recommend suboptimal brokers even to my worst enemy. Communication is cumbersome, meaning you simply don't get a response, with the flimsy excuse that your message ended up in the spam box. You can submit documents, and the following week they ask for them again because they supposedly didn't receive them. One excuse after another, but no work delivered.
