Sellers take note! Why would you choose them? I've done a few viewings where these men were the selling agents. At all viewings: 1. The agent never showed us the house, but told us we had to go look ourselves. And he just keeps standing helplessly in the living room. This happened with three different agents, so it seems like their company culture. 2. For buyers: of all the houses I've viewed, those with the most defects were sold by these men. So if you see them as a selling agent, run away. 3. They think that buyers, because it's now a sellers' market, have to buy with their eyes closed. So for 75% of the questions they never give you a clear answer. 4. Usually, when you ask questions, they say the house is being sold by their colleague and that I'm alone, so I don't know. If you later call for more information or because you don't have documents, you get nothing. It seems like a deliberate strategy to avoid questions. Conclusion: I've stopped looking at houses offered for sale via a DB system. All the best to all!

Not even a single star, very poor customer service. Today, when I went with my children to view a house, the real estate agent saw us standing outside the house. He was also talking with a few other people inside the house. We stood there for a while, hoping that he would open the door for us, but he just ignored us. We had driven all the way from Zoetermeer with four children, including a baby, and we were put outside the house as if we were beggars. My son knocked on the door twice, and then the real estate agent came, opened it angrily, and said: I'm talking with someone else. Yes, I see that, he can open the door for us and continue the conversation, Mr. Perfect. And then he said further: your children can wait, because there's no rain or sun. He doesn't need to teach me when I should give my children sun or rain and I don't need to come so far to give my children sun and rain. Such people should take a lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hopeless.

I have never encountered such a bad realtor!! Not even worthy of one star! Poor service!! Dirty and poorly insulated house!! Badly finished. False promises about renovating the house, which never happened and is only now being addressed because we are moving out. When there were problems, they weren't listened to. Only when a problem became too severe (leakage) was action taken. We had to sleep with my partner and newborn baby on a mattress in the living room for 6 months because of mice upstairs, and no window could be opened due to safety concerns. (sliding doors without protection gates etc.). And still we weren't understood or helped; I am furious! I didn't want to leave a bad review at first, but sleeping on the floor with your baby for 6 months makes you think differently! Edwin de Boer, please think carefully about what you do to a family. Before you rent out another dilapidated house with false promises, who simply pay the rent every month.
