Together with my girlfriend, we viewed a property, with Patrice as the real estate agent. Toen ik uit de auto stapte was het eerste wat je vriendin zei "zo makelaar, vertel je verhaaltje maar". Daarmee was de toon gezet. Vervolgens werd mij medegedeeld dat de woning toch maar weinig volgers had op Funda, dus de prijs zal wel te hoog zijn. Jij beweert dat er normale vragen gesteld werden. Een vraagstelling begint echter met waarom, hoe, wanneer, hoeveel etc...... . Er werden geen vragen gesteld. Ik kreeg tijdens de bezichtiging een hele opsomming te horen van wat er allemaal mis was aan deze woning. Alles wat ik zei werd bediscussieerd. Toen er op het einde ook nog een enorm punt werd gemaakt van een krimpscheurtje in het stucwerk, werd ik inderdaad een beetje cynisch. Ik kan me goed voorstellen dat er frustratie is over de zeer krappe markt. Ik kan me ook voorstellen dat kopers gefrustreerd zijn over het feit dat er tegenwoordig maar weinig ruimte in de vraagprijs zit. Veel woningen worden zelfs boven de vraagprijs verkocht (waaronder deze overigens). Wel vind ik het erg jammer dat je die frustratie op de makelaar botviert. Die kan daar namelijk ook niets aan doen. Wel realiseer ik me heel goed dat het het niet erg professioneel is (en ook onvriendelijk) om cynisch en sarcastisch te worden. Daarvoor bied ik ook mijn oprechte excuses aan en ik hoop dat jullie alsnog een fijn huis hebben gevonden.
