After an initial conversation, which included a hallelujah story about the possibilities of doing business with Unicus Makelaardij, we entered into an agreement with this real estate agent. Unfortunately, the viewings were not carried out by the real estate agent himself, but by an employee who did not really demonstrate business acumen and was also the son of the real estate agent. Proactive action was simply non-existent and the information provision from the brokerage was far below par. Everywhere we had to follow up ourselves and even regarding the inspection, preceding the transfer of ownership of the property, we were not informed by them. All in all, a particularly bad experience. Perhaps the segment in which our house fell was not interesting enough to be handled by the real estate agent himself.

We never received confirmation of receipt for this. After calling ourselves a few working days later, we were told that the house had already been sold the day after our viewing.
