Helaas is Jo Aelmans telefonisch nooit bereikbaar geweest en heeft hij ook na meerdere (ongeveer 10) terugbelverzoeken geen contact met ons opgenomen. Daarnaast heeft hij ons bod nooit aan de verkopende partij voorgelegd. De kavel is uiteindelijk verkocht aan een andere partij, die bovendien een lager bod heeft uitgebracht dan wij.
