Rare review van een ouder van een van de kopers die vindt dat een makelaar een bouwkundige keuring moet vergoeden welke ze zelf hebben laten uitvoeren (niks gemeld over het dak) omdat het dak slechter is dan verwacht waar bij de makelaar verder ook geen indicatie voor was en ook niet zichtbaar was. Vandaar ook dat we altijd een bouwkundige keuring adviseren voor kopers. De slechte review zal waarschijnlijk bedoeld zijn voor de bouwkundig keurder ga ik vanuit. Hoewel de makelaar altijd werkt voor degene die hem betaald blijven wij ook altijd meedenken met kopers en alle redelijkheid en daarvoor hebben we ons dan ook hard gemaakt voor een mooie tegemoetkoming in de kosten. Gelukkig zijn vele klanten wel tevreden
