On 3-11-2024, we were able to receive the beautiful appraisal report for our monumental building from van Cromvoirt. We chose van Cromvoirt because, according to NVM, van Cromvoirt is the only real estate agent in central Limburg who can appraise monumental buildings due to their expertise. It is a shame, however, that van Cromvoirt did not choose one of the 118 municipal monuments from the municipality as a reference.

Nul nul Makelaar, ze hebben mijn aanvraag voor een huurhuis afgewezen puur omdat mijn naam niet Nederlands is. Racistisch! Eerst zeiden ze dat ik geen familie ben, daarom werd mijn aanvraag afgewezen. Ik vertelde ze dat ik wel familie ben, ik heb twee kinderen, wat ik ook in de aanvraag had vermeld. Ten tweede zeiden ze dat mijn salaris niet genoeg is. Mijn salaris is 69.000 euro netto per jaar, vier keer de huur 😅. Dus het is gewoon racistisch.

Absolutely a terrible office. They evaluate based on your name and ethnicity. We meet all the requirements, but are still rejected without a good reason. Moreover, they don't even look at the application. They see your name and reject it. Especially if you have an Islamic name. Our salary is four times higher than the rent we are applying for and we have two children, but they still use excuses like 'you're not family' or 'the salary is not enough'. Apparently, they don't even look at the application. An unbelievable racist office. Terrible service. If you're not a Dutch person or a Muslim, don't even contact them, because they will never look at your application. 0 stars
