I experienced a viewing with this real estate agent, but it quickly became clear to me at the beginning of the viewing that I would have to bid at least €375,000 to stand any chance of getting a house with an asking price of €345,000. There were still 25 viewers .. that's purely aimed at driving up prices, I'm dropping out.
