Hallo Martin, Ik begrijp je frustratie, maar zoals ik telefonisch heb uitgelegd is de woning die jullie hebben gekocht een beetje aan de prijs. Over het algemeen is een nette twee onder 1 kap woning in gewilde wijk meestal vrij vlot verkocht, vooral in deze tijd. De reden dat de woning die jullie gekocht hebben lang te koop stond voor de huidige markt was omdat deze behoorlijk aan de prijs was. De taxatie is uitgekomen boven de verkoopprijs, en betekende dus dat jullie de woning kunnen kopen. Wij als taxateurs hebben niet de vrije ruimte om op alle woningen maar een waarde te hangen. Wij zijn gebonden aan regels en moeten ons verantwoorden. Wij krijgen via ons systeem referentieobjecten. ( deze kunnen we dus niet zelf uitzoeken, maar dat wordt voor ons gedaan door de NWWI) Ik heb jullie woning getaxeerd naar eer en geweten. Ik begrijp dat jullie het graag anders gezien zouden hebben, en met de meerwaarde de inrichting hebben willen financieren.
