Early April, we bought a house on the Ruisvoorn in Tiel. We have, just like the reactions of M. Kramer, experienced a 'very misleading realtor'. Rude and brazen with no knowledge of the subject matter. Brenda 'very unprofessional'. Jo Peters 'very unprofessional (covers up what direction is which with smooth talking)'. Family Vegelin 'Still heard nothing after a week'. Ilja M. 'We have experienced communication with the realtor as very chaotic' unfortunately had the same experience. To avoid damaging our case with the NVM disciplinary committee, we refrain from further comment. A tip for potential buyers: Always take a buyer’s agent with you and record the information you receive during the tour! Then you are strong and prevent misunderstandings.

Despite the turbulent period in the housing market (constantly rising interest rates, hesitant buyers), real estate agent Marco van Mourik kept his head cool. Partly due to the traditionally quieter holiday season and perhaps also because of the departure of colleague broker Joost, the sale took a little longer than I had hoped, but we maintained regular contact about the chosen strategy. In doing so, he neatly discussed every offer from the buyer with me, pointed out the pros and cons thereof, and ultimately left the decision to me. Marco responds neatly to requests for contact, although I would have preferred a slightly more proactive approach from the office. For example, mistakes were made when placing and removing the 'for sale' sign, therefore not the maximum score.
