Het helpen van mensen met expertise en hen succesvol begeleiden is iets waar ik veel waardering voor heb. Als een transactie goed verloopt, is dat beloftend en voldoening geeft. Wat mij boeit aan dit vak, is de veelzijdigheid ervan. Werken met mensen en het verdiepen in de commerciële kant vormen een krachtige combinatie. Je moet op alle voelsprieten letten, snel denken en handelen in het belang van de klant. De dynamiek van het vak, zowel op menselijk als commercieel vlak, vraagt om creativiteit, innovatie en gedrevenheid. De uitdaging om complexe vraagstukken op te lossen geeft mij energie. Als ik dat heb gedaan en de klant is tevreden, dan ga ik met een goed gevoel naar huis. Het is dat soort momenten die mijn werk zinvol maken.
