Door persoonlijke omstandigheden bij de verkoper werden wij genoodzaakt om de ingeplande bezichtiging die gepland stond op de tweede bezichtigingsdag te verzetten. Vanuit de eerdere bezichtigingen kreeg de verkoper echter een voorstel dat boven alle verwachtingen lag. Na overleg met de verkoper hebben wij de wens (goede opbrengst en prettig als verkooptraject door persoonlijke omstandigheden niet te lang duurt) van de verkoper gevolgd en de deal afgerond, waarna wij helaas enkele ingeplande bezichtigingen moesten annuleren. Graag willen wij hierbij ook melden dat in al die jaren dat wij actief zijn op de Utrechtse woningmarkt zelden scherpe reacties ontvangen. Daarom zijn wij blij dat u dit met ons deelt, zodat wij gedwongen worden nog een keer kritisch naar onze manier van werken te kijken. In deze veranderende markt zullen wij met kandidaat-kopers nog helderder moeten communiceren over de verwachtingen en keuzes die gemaakt kunnen worden.
