Unreliable party. After our offer was accepted and the draft purchase agreement was drawn up, you could still schedule viewings. Then, when a higher bid is made afterwards, you are called to say you're unlucky....well...legally nothing can be done because the seller hadn't signed yet, but it doesn't feel right. Hope this isn't common in real estate agent land...
