Sinds 1974 is Huis Makelaardij Zuidbroek actief in de makelaardij en financiële dienstverlening. Sinds februari 2024 is Martijn Beerta actief binnen de organisatie en werkt hij als NVM-makelaar op het kantoor in Zuidbroek. Martijn is een fijne makelaar welke altijd vrolijk is . meedenkend en bereid om mee te denken en handelen. zowel met verkoop als aankoop stond hij altijd klaar en antwoordde snel. een makelaar met passie waarin men trots op mag zijn. van ons een dikke pluim

Goede service, laagdrempelig contact en actuele kennis van de (plaatselijke) markt. Martijn heeft ons daarmee succesvol geholpen om ons huis te verkopen.

Inexperienced staff. At one point, I received an info email with all customer email addresses in the CC. It took years for me to subsequently transfer all ongoing insurances to a consultant. Also, in my opinion, too little consideration was given to the customer's interests.
Tax forms not filled out correctly with the necessary consequences. Submitted personal documents dismissed. Cannot be worse.
