My expectation was that I would be guided through the entire process by the same real estate agent, but that turned out not to be the case. Had a very bad experience as a tenant. When you rent a property they are friendly (although not always). But when you stop renting, the communication suddenly becomes very poor. The landlord and I had multiple miscommunications due to the poor mediation of this real estate agent. And that while it is precisely their task. I always had good contact with the landlord until we had a few miscommunications thanks to the real estate agent. This even led to the landlord and I not being on good terms with each other. And that was not the case before. I will spare you the details. But it boils down to the fact that the real estate agent spoke badly of both me and the landlord. The real estate agent made agreements with me that the landlord later disagreed with. These agreements concerned the handover of the house. Now I am not getting my deposit back. While the real estate agent had promised this. Very nice in these expensive times.
