Rented a property last year through Fj real estate agent. Unfortunately, it turned out that her client J.W. Kloppers was a fraudster and had his own rules and laws. To take advantage of our circumstances because we were in force majeure and asking for help in vain.. He simply withheld the deposit and energy bill and evicted us from the property within 5 hours. We renovated this property and made it possible to rent it out again. (The property had been vacant in poor condition for a year). Immediately, this property was rented to another solar company for €250 per month more.. and then they talk about succession of tenants. One thing is certain, people like Kloppers must be stopped.
