Short reaction: “ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST HER!” They only want to deceive and mislead you. They try to gain your trust and then show their true nature. (They charged us 1500 euros for no reason at all.) In our case, we had rented an apartment of 45 square meters from them. First of all, they wanted to give us nothing of what we asked them to provide. They gave us an apartment with a parking space, but without a parking space, for the same price (way too much). They wanted to charge us 250 euros for closing electricity and water contracts when we arrived! The worst happened when we checked out. Their employee did a pre-check and was completely satisfied. She said everything was so clean and neat, took photos and talked to us, which made her gain our trust. So we handed over the keys and accepted the checkout without being there ourselves, so that we could go to our new location. They charged us 1500 euros for nothing. Can you imagine that they charged 600 euros for cleaning a completely clean apartment we returned to them? Or for an Ikea chair of the lowest quality costing 13 euros, which was also a bit damaged, they charged 170 euros! Nothing at all, and they deducted this amount from our deposit, so we had to involve a lawyer and a lot of back-and-forth emails, after which they eventually paid back half!! We didn't want to go to court and just accepted it. Be very careful with them or don't work with them at all!

I had brief contact with Bianca and received a neat and quick, clear feedback. She is open, transparent and likes to think along where needed (and feasible of course). Her offer of homes is beautiful and really (!) makes an impression. In short: Let Bianca Combee find your perfect home away from home!

I found Bianca Combee completely unreliable and very unprofessional. After I had hired a lawyer and a lawsuit against her was started, she eventually repaid my deposit and agency fees. It's really a pity because at first she was very friendly and helpful, and as a small real estate agent I wanted her to be successful. Unfortunately she charged illegal agency fees while working on behalf of the landlord and then tried to withhold my deposit for broken items that were never mentioned in the signed checkout report. Because she knew I would be leaving the Netherlands on the day of the checkout date, she fully exploited that and withheld a large part of my deposit. In her emails she was also offensive and arrogant to prevent me from contacting her. I would like to warn everyone to avoid Bianca Combee Housing Services and look for a professional real estate agent that you can trust. I would also advise to contact the housing corporation Amstelveen, which has received many complaints about Bianca Combee's Housing Services due to unprofessional behavior. Very bad attitude. At first she is very hospitable and when you leave, she shows her true colors. We rented an apartment from her and when we left, she was so arrogant and didn't even speak to us properly, wouldn't listen and kept finding faults with us. She found endless faults and asked us to leave immediately after taking all the wrong pictures of the apartment. What a sneaky lady. In the end, she and the landlords asked us to pay an extra 6000 euros for damages that they are not even responsible for. Never trust her, never.

Last year we moved to the Netherlands and Bianca helped us find the perfect house. I communicated via e-mail when we were looking for a house. They responded quickly, had read my wishes well and searched for a perfect house for us. Today we are leaving, even when the pre-checkout two weeks in advance helped us understand what needed to be done so that we didn't overlook anything. During the checkout we also felt at ease. Good communication, always with a smile, quick and very friendly. A real recommendation!

A fantastic real estate agency! They are very helpful to expats and have a great attitude. I can wholeheartedly recommend them if you are looking for an agent.

I share my personal experience with this property management company. My family and I stayed in a fully furnished rental apartment managed by Bianca's firm from April 2018 to May 2019. 1. First of all, you should be aware that Bianca charges €300 plus service fees for calling an energy supplier and setting up an electricity contract. That is an outrageous price for a service which involves virtually no complexity or negligible effort and time. Lesson: Be alert to what you agree upon with her; usually she offers a service without indicating any intention of charging, then sends you a surprise invoice later on. 2. Expect that every request you make will be met with a 'no'. We rented a fully furnished apartment and our kitchen did not have blinds to keep out the summer sun. It was difficult to work in the kitchen during long summer days because sunlight would shine directly into your face. Since this is a basic provision that should be present in a furnished apartment, we asked Bianca to install roller blinds. To our great surprise, Bianca responded that roller blinds in kitchens are not 'standard' and if we wanted one, we had to arrange it ourselves at our own expense. We insisted that hanging up the blind would mean making holes in the walls. Interestingly enough, when she realized that she was inadvertently allowing us to make permanent changes to the property, she immediately complied with our first request (without any extra cost for us) on the grounds that she had received a special 'yes' from the landlord. Lesson: Bianca is an unfair woman. You must be smart and tactful to get her work done. Otherwise you will forever be stuck paying for all services which should have been paid by her company. 3. Expect to be bombarded with unreasonable and offensive requests. We were told that we could not enter our apartment when she was showing it to new tenants during our moving period. This happened several times a week over the course of a month. Fortunately, work kept us out of the house most of the time, but this attitude from the company can be quite bothersome for any home-staying family member. 4. Expect many surprises if you are not careful. When we moved, in the last week of April 2019, we told her that our moving date would be May 5th, 2019. We were unaware that the notice period was one calendar month and that staying longer (until May 5) meant paying rent for the entire month of June. However, Bianca was very clever about not mentioning this oversight, although ideally a professional should not overlook it. We were busy packing and already in the third week of May when Bianca suddenly brought up this issue and insisted we leave by the end of May or pay full rent for the month of June. It was clear that her intention was to mislead us so that we would pay the full rent for the month of June and make quick profits. Luckily, with help from friends, we managed to move out without much trouble, but Bianca's cunning left a bitter taste in our mouths. 4. Expect little or none of your deposit back: no matter how well you keep the house clean and everything in order. We hired professional cleaning services from a lady she had chosen before leaving the apartment. During inspection, she even indicated being impressed by how good the apartment looked. Ultimately, you will be surprised at the ridiculous amount of tricks this woman can come up with to deduct money from your deposit, including charging VAT for her incomprehensible service. Be prepared for surprises regarding the deposit. Bianca seems sweet and friendly. But do not be misled by her honeyed words and polished appearance. I don't understand why Indian expats are positive about her unfair ways. Perhaps they still need to feel the financial pressure of dealing with her.

Quite an exciting moment to rent out your house for the first time but Bianca took the time to successfully remove this tension. Both during check-in and check-out, everything was recorded to ensure a flawless rental. Bianca and colleagues, thank you for the excellent service.

It has been almost 5 years since I rented my previous apartment. Never choose this greedy woman. She grew up in the US and looked good from the start. Do not let her fool you, she seems like a nice person on the surface. She charged me the entire month of agency fees and ultimately did not refund my whole deposit by colluding with the landlord to commit fraud. What is really terrible is that her father takes care of the maintenance of her properties and tries to defraud money. If you do not pay him because of his deceit, he can come knocking on your door during weekends and insult you. I would give this woman zero stars but unfortunately Google did not give me the option. By doing this to expats, Bianca, you definitely deserve to be paid back/settled for your illegal behavior.

She did everything she could to ensure that we were able to move into the property on the day we arrived in the Netherlands and could stay there until our last day in the country, which saved us from having to use temporary hotel accommodation through my employer. She even offered us help with the final cleaning when we couldn't find a cleaning company that fit our availability. We had heard some horror stories about real estate agents who overcharge tenants with their deposit, but Bianca herself insisted on a final cleaning to point out things that people often overlook during the final cleaning. I'm glad to report that in our case, not a single cent was withheld. I found her very nice and friendly and can't think of any drawbacks. I would not hesitate for a second to call Bianca again if I need a house in Amstelveen.

My previous experience with Bianca was not great, but acceptable. Yesterday, Bianca had to handle the checkout procedure for my tenant. The date and time were agreed upon in advance. However, at the agreed-upon time, no one from her side came to the apartment. We tried calling her, but without success. She did not inform us in advance that she would not come and has since made no further contact with either the landlord or the tenant. She charged a commission for this rental, but unfortunately she did not do the work for which she was paid. Such behavior is absolutely unprofessional and you cannot trust her. Definitely not recommended.
