10 jaar geleden kochten wij ons huis in Amsterdam met hulp van Babs Persoons, en die ervaring was toen al erg positief. Het was voor ons dan ook vanzelfsprekend om de verkoop opnieuw via hen te laten verlopen. Ook deze keer maakten zij hun reputatie volledig waar. Tien jaar geleden hebben wij ons huis in Amsterdam aangekocht via Babs Persoons, en daar waren we toen al erg tevreden over. In recent years, various homes have been bought/sold through Babs Persoons, but the promised cure and pay was never repaid. During the sale of a property, start-up costs were charged. These were paid but not refunded upon the final sale !. However, the invoice for start-up costs was re-presented to the notary for payment when selling the apartment. This invoice was then withdrawn, but the outstanding start-up costs (eur 900) that I paid have never been reimbursed. There has been consultation about this, but no reimbursement. A negative point regarding the experience with Mr. R.HEEMSKERK and Babs Persoons.
