Super nice experience with Marijn from MRA-Makelaars! He is very experienced and helped us quickly and clearly in finding a home in Amsterdam. Marijn knows the neighborhood well, acts quickly and knew exactly what did and didn't fit our wishes. He is honest, says it as it is and gives you confidence in this crazy housing market. Besides that, he's just a nice guy. Absolutely a recommendation!

The initial contact was good, and the fee matched the service. He seemed to push for a quick sale, but the pricing was likely realistic. At times, I felt the communication could have been better — there were delays in responses, and I had to follow up for updates. I am very disappointed with how the viewings by this office are handled. I was assigned a specific time slot, which I confirmed. Upon arrival at the property, however, it turned out that the agent was not present. When I called, I was told that he had left earlier. This level of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.

Uit onze mailwisseling blijkt dat jullie om 10.00 uur zouden komen en dat de makelaar op dat moment aanwezig was. Helaas was er op dat moment nog niemand ter plaatse. Wij begrijpen dat vertragingen soms voorkomen, maar om alle kijkers zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn, kunnen we niet onbeperkt wachten. Photos of the property could be taken quickly and the property could therefore be online quickly (top!). The sale went smoothly and pleasantly.
