An easily accessible good real estate agent who explains everything calmly and neatly. They think along with you and arrange everything on time so that you can look at houses calmly without any worries.

Price-gouging real estate agent who doesn't adhere to procedures & agreements. Be careful if they say there is a bidding period and you have to bid via move... if you later submit a higher offer via whatsapp, they cancel the entire bidding procedure and go to the other bidder to try to get a higher offer. And then you can also bid again. Etc etc. Until they have nothing left to take from you. Also be careful if they first say there is little interest and then a day later you get called to say that 'suddenly an offer has come in'.

The real estate agent supported me throughout the entire process and was extremely professional, offering helpful tips and suggestions. Despite my personal schedule, the office was patient, helpful, and flexible with my timetable. The team ensured that the entire process ran smoothly and adaptively. The communication in English was excellent, making it much easier for someone who does not speak Dutch to go through the housing process. The team worked very well together, provided regular updates, and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this office.

We were enormously well helped by Faby from HypotheekVisie when applying for a mortgage. Since we had not bought a house before, it was super nice that Faby was there to think along with us, to provide us (patiently) with explanations and to take almost all the work off our hands. We were twice at HypotheekVisie on location and felt very welcome there. We werden niet alleen goed op de hoogte gehouden, maar ook echt begeleid in het hele proces. Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden en raden Open Makelaars absoluut aan!

Niet genoeg goede woorden om de service van Open Makelaars te beschrijven! Het hele team is geweldig, supervriendelijk en behulpzaam! Ze hebben ons geholpen met de aankoop van ons eerste huis in Nederland. Iedereen was zeer deskundig en hielp ons met al onze vragen en twijfels, waardoor we vol vertrouwen onze beslissingen konden nemen. We zochten hun hulp bij het vinden van ons eerste huis in Nederland. Het hele team van Hypotheek Visie hielp ons, van eenvoudige vragen tot meer complexe vragen. Het hele proces verliep snel en ze regelden alles (met betrekking tot de financiële stappen). We hadden geen beter team kunnen kiezen om ons te helpen. Ze boden alle hulp in het Engels (handig voor expats die nog geen Nederlands spreken).

Deze makelaar zou op de zwarte lijst moeten. Maandag 29 september deden wij een bod op een huis welke bij hen in de verkoop was Het was een inschrijving die wij conform de procedure gevolgd hebben. Daarna niets meer vernomen, op de website van deze makelaar stond 3 dagen later dat het huis onder voorbehoud verkocht was. Dat er niet met ons is gecommuniceerd vindt ik respectloos en onfatsoenlijk. Ik hoop dat deze review anderen motiveert om geen zaken met deze makelaar te doen.

Ook nadat mijn bod was geaccepteerd fijne begeleiding ontvangen bij het aanvragen van de hypotheek. Super goede en fijne service! Vooral veel contact gehad met Alain wat super prettig was, bij elke vraag die ik had kon ik bellen en werd ik goed geholpen. Alles werd snel opgepakt. Grote dank aan Alain! Uiteindelijk door deze fijne samenwerking mijn eerste woning kunnen kopen.

Zeer tevreden over de hulp voor de aankoop van onze nieuwe woning. Er kan snel geschakeld worden wanneer dat nodig is.
