Do not collaborate with them. They agree on prices with you and send invoices after the assignment that are much higher than agreed upon. They are scammers!

Agent's response

We have no relation with a Daniel de Wilde and do not recognize ourselves in such a course of action. All our orders are only executed after agreement has been reached on the price and payment terms. We do feel free, however, to transfer this to a debt collection agency after multiple reminders of payment, non-compliance with agreements, in short, chronic non-payment of an outstanding invoice. Then, considering the extra work and the continuous non-compliance with payment of an outstanding invoice, costs will occur that were not included in the original order.

Unfortunately, not very happy about the loft brokers. There was supposed to be a project coming from an old primary school, which would then be raffled off. We have already waited quite some time and frequently contacted them, only to repeatedly hear that they would be raffled. I myself was just looking on Funda to see if anything might become available again by chance. And then I saw that they were suddenly listed on Funda. Later we received an email stating that they would be sold further via Funda. We waited two years for this and naturally find it very unfortunate because another opportunity has passed us by.. Furthermore, they did speak to me politely on the phone when I contacted them to check what the status was.
