Unfortunately, not a nice experience. They tell you things and will help you, but when the moment comes they are not at home. I have greatly mistaken their expertise, professionalism and empty words. The unseen flaws were communicated and they would take them into account, but later they say that this does not bring any change with an appraisal. The reception and communication are good, hence a second star. However, I will not recommend or involve them for other matters if needed. They might go against this, because a negative review is never nice. But I know better and want to save you from this real estate agency.

Nathalie has helped us (for the second time) very well with the purchase of our house. She could give us good advice during viewings and thought along with us. Be especially careful when dealing with MTV Makelardij and any other real estate agent. More specifically: Read a contract very carefully. Clarify every word that you do not fully understand. Involve a lawyer and a mortgage advisor for this. Exclude vague statements from your contract. Check before signing whether all documents that a bank would provide for the resolution of the financial clause meet the requirements of the real estate agent. All oral agreements must be confirmed in writing by email. Proceed only when the current problem is resolved, but work step by step. Record every phone call.
