Had an enormous good experience. Fast purchase, good advice and they are certainly not trying to get rid of you quickly. The only small point for improvement is the accessibility and communication during planning. It was sometimes difficult to make an appointment via the concierge staff and there was a reasonable amount of miscommunication during scheduling the viewings. It can't always be perfect, of course!
