The communication was very poor, all houses were sold but in ours there was no interest. Little effort was put into it. And if a potentially interested person came along, appointments were scheduled without consultation and then changed without any notification at all. They took our house out of sale without consultation, and afterwards we had to pay for the media package. My house was subsequently sold elsewhere and now they continue to send invoices but they don't respond to emails again. You are being scammed by them.

Not so good is that on the website it says they are open on Saturdays. We drive 80 km up and down and they are just closed, a bit sloppy.

Despite the craziness in the housing market, we still succeeded within a few months of purchasing a home in a desirable neighborhood in Eindhoven. We are extremely satisfied with the services provided by Broekx Makelaardij, where Albert was our buying agent. He is realistic, involved, enthusiastic and gives hope and confidence when it's needed. Especially his human aspect appealed to us very much: down to earth, honest and sincere. What was also nice was that we could always call with questions during the house hunt (thanks for that to Debby!). Not only in the search for a home, but also from the purchase onwards, we were well guided. Albert was also there for us to review all documents after the purchase. That gave a good feeling and took some pressure off us: you don't check legal documents daily anyway. The total package in combination with mortgage advice is very interesting (also in terms of price) and we have made use of it. I had an amazing experience with Broekx. As an expat, I really didn't know what to expect when buying a hose abroad, but their service made a real difference. I first had a conversation where various details were explained (including important decisions that needed to be made).
