Omdat het een relatief klein team is heb ik het gevoel dat iedereen op de hoogte is van de situatie, waardoor de lijntjes kort zijn. Dat werkt prettig.

De makelaar neemt echt de tijd om goed af te stemmen in het voortraject. Stelt zich flexibel op en is goed bereikbaar. We hadden veel vertrouwen in zijn deskundigheid en het was prettig samenwerken.

Overall, I am quite satisfied, but what I always find difficult is that the start-up costs are already running up quite a bit, and when you add brokerage to that, it becomes a considerable amount. It all seems less significant due to the high values of houses, but I still think it's a high amount.
