Dit houdt in dat er meerdere mensen tegelijk kunnen komen kijken op een eigen gekozen tijdstip binnen een aangegeven uur. Dit om te voorkomen dat alles kijkers in één keer tegelijk op de stoep staan. Tijdens het inplannen van een bezichtiging tijdens het open huis, is dit ook gecommuniceerd. Na het schrijven van deze review hebben wij contact met je gezocht, ook met een andere reden.. In eerste instantie had de verkoper dit huis gegund aan een andere bieder want deze bieder bood meer financiële zekerheid. De verkoper is namelijk altijd degene die beslist aan wie hij/zij het huis gunt. Het huis werd in dit geval dus niet verkocht aan de hoogste bieder, maar aan de beste bieder. Uiteindelijk trok deze koper zich terug, kon je alsnog dit leuke huis kopen en werd je de koper. Wij hebben daarna meerdere malen geprobeerd contact met je te zoeken, per email, telefoon, whatsapp. Elke keer kregen wij geen gehoor, wat opnieuw teveel onzekerheid gaf bij ons en de verkoper. Na gebrekkig contact en vervolgens 7 dagen niks van je te hebben vernomen is het huis alsnog aan een ander verkocht. Wij wensen je succes met je zoektocht!

Er kan helaas inderdaad maar één iemand de koper zijn. Daarnaast kunnen wij natuurlijk ook gebruik maken van een inschrijving. Maar dit is volledig on-transparant voor potentiele kopers.
