Er is dan ook geen sprake geweest van per ongeluk dubbel ingeplande afspraken. Ten aanzien van het energielabel: dit is wettelijk verplicht bij de eigendomsoverdracht bij de notaris. De opname had ten tijde van de bezichtigingen reeds plaatsgevonden en het energielabel is de week erop, ruim vóór het sluiten van de inschrijving, beschikbaar gesteld via Move. De woning maakt onderdeel uit van een Vereniging van Eigenaren. De buitenschil van het complex, waaronder het balkon en de borstwering, valt onder verantwoordelijkheid van de VvE. Alle bij ons bekende VvE-informatie, waaronder het meerjarenonderhoudsplan, is vooraf aan alle geïnteresseerden verstrekt.
