Contact with the broker was excellent, with a lot of knowledge for selling a house in the outlying area. The buyer indicated that the time of half an hour was too short to properly view everything with the broker, especially for a house in the outlying area.

After registering, the initial contact went smoothly. The introduction also proceeded pleasantly and clearly. However, after I signed, things went downhill. Minimal contact with the real estate agent, no further explanation received regarding the continued sale of my house. I even called about this but was hardly spoken to. The real estate agent had the key to my house for the viewings; of course, that wasn't a problem, but you expect it to be handled confidentially.

Unfortunately, I had a very mediocre experience in 2023 during the sale of my house up to and including the transfer. The realtor's involvement was deplorably low and several mistakes were made. After the sale, Realtor Bas ignored an important question. I expected more quality from this realtor. Disappointing.

Unfortunately, we have had a very bad experience with this real estate agency; our realtor was unfortunately not easily accessible. A viewing was scheduled for Wednesday at Kattestart 2 in Gemert. Immediately after the viewing, we submitted an offer, and then subsequently called to confirm that it had been received properly. On Friday evening, we heard that the offer was too low, but that no other bids had yet come in for the property. So perhaps a counteroffer would come from the sellers on Saturday. After which we immediately increased our bid (you have to be quick in the current housing market & we’ve already been waiting 3 days). Unfortunately, we heard nothing more from the realtor on Saturday. Which is why we called again on Monday for an update; then came the announcement that unfortunately, the property had been sold on Saturday to someone else. As buyers, we did not offer the asking price. (The house was listed for 3 months & the sellers already had another home in mind so it needed to be sold quickly). It is understandable that the property was sold for a higher amount, but the way it happened surprised us greatly. Perhaps things would have turned out differently for us if there had been faster communication.
