Fantastic sale, everything went perfectly. Friendly and professional, I have absolutely nothing to complain about.
The information and guidance were good and that gives confidence. The viewings were also good and clear, we heard.
Expectations were high and have been fully met. I did not attend the viewings myself, so I do not know how that progressed further, but given the sale, I assume it went to the satisfaction of the potential buyers or viewers.
Very quick transaction, from first contact to sale it took three weeks. Photos, text and brochure were ready by the end of week 1. In week 2 viewings took place and in week 3 it was sold.
Excellent real estate agent knowledgeable and familiar with West Friesland. Very helpful. Should we move again, we would contact Margit again.
