Makelaar kwam voor een gesprek langs huis, hierbij kwam een duidelijke uitleg en een prijsindicatie van de woning. Deze kwam overeen met de verkoopprijs. Bij de bezichtigingen werden we op de hoogte gehouden door de makelaar dit contact liep erg fijn.

Wat een ontzettend slechte ervaring met Van Overbeek Makelaars in Hoorn. Zowel kopers als verkopers worden hier volledig aan hun lot overgelaten. Van communicatie is eigenlijk geen sprake, niet weinig, maar gewoon helemaal niets. Je moet er zelf achteraan gaan en wordt totaal niet op de hoogte gehouden. Afspraken worden niet nagekomen, vragen blijven onbeantwoord en het voelt alsof je totaal niet serieus wordt genomen. Voor zo’n belangrijke stap als het kopen of verkopen van een huis is dit echt onacceptabel. Als ik -5 sterren had kunnen geven, dan hadden ze die zonder twijfel gekregen. Absoluut geen aanrader 👎🏽

De voorbereiding was goed, beter zelfs dan andere makelaars. De aankoop en verkoop gingen ook goed, maar wij misten de betrokkenheid van de makelaar. Hij was vooral zakelijk prima, maar verder was het contact oppervlakkig en werd bijna alles digitaal geregeld. Niet iets waar wij van zijn en nog een keer zouden doen.
