Zeer teleurstellende ervaring met de aankoopbegeleiding van Wilco. Het gevoel is ontstaan dat het biedingsadvies onvoldoende zorgvuldig onderbouwd was en dat er belangrijke bouwkundige signalen zijn gemist. In acute situaties werd weinig duidelijk en tijdig advies gegeven, wat juist wel verwacht wordt van een aankoopmakelaar. Daarnaast werd de communicatie als onprofessioneel en onprettig ervaren, met een toon die niet paste bij een begeleidende rol. Al met al geen vertrouwen meer in de samenwerking of in de behartiging van onze belangen.

Helaas kan ik niet zeggen dat ik een goede ervaring heb gehad met Vidra. De makelaar was in eerste instantie professioneel genoeg tijdens de bezichtiging van het huis, maar daarna liep de communicatie spaak. Ik heb meerdere keren gebeld en gemaild, maar ik kreeg nooit een echt antwoord. Ik heb een bod uitgebracht op het huis, maar daarna werd ik volledig in het ongewisse gelaten; ik wist niet of mijn bod was geaccepteerd of niet. Absoluut geen enkele hulp die ik kreeg. Communicatie is essentieel in deze branche en ik zou ze niet aanraden aan jonge mensen die op zoek zijn naar hun eerste huis.
