Dingemans is a real estate agent who puts houses up for sale at prices that are far too high in the market due to scarcity in the market. I bought my house from them but paid 25,000 more than the actual market value turned out to be. My neighbor had his house for sale with Dingemans: 365,000 and got viewers but no bidders. Switched to another real estate agent: asking price 340,000 and sold within a week. My insight into Dingemans ....... tries to get the maximum for both parties but is too unrealistic and objectionable.

Very bad realtor..(anita willems) displays racist tendencies and as soon as you have a tan, you are not much worth anymore.... Renting out very small cubicles labeled as rental space!! (which it absolutely is not!!) Disappointing service, problem after problem.. This realtor is not interested in your living experiences and problems.. Only putting money in the box seems to be priority number 1... At the expense of the tenant.. Do not rent here.. no matter how much you want to live in Arnhem!!! Please look for another renter in Arnhem.. initially rented from roel dingenmans (pleasant contact) then transferred to anita willems... someone you don't want to do business with... Be warned!

Very bad. Promised to call back. I have to call myself. Wants a viewing, but they say there are too many viewings for the property. It shouldn't matter how many viewings there are for a house. You do want to sell, though.
