It takes a lot of effort to be positive about this company. The people are nice, but there's really no interest in the customer and communication is very abrupt. When defects occur in the property, the preferred solution is to fix it with a piece of tape, and they do nothing about bigger problems while you continue to pay rent faithfully. They don't address the kitchen block being soaked with water, but during the last inspection, they casually say - 'Oh, but that one is from 1980! It’s going anyway!' The gas stove was stored in the house and they had the audacity to say it's too dirty from use (which is funny because that's how it was on day 1). MY ADVICE: take photos during the first inspection so you have real proof. They come back with a response 5 years after the review?! This shows just how much they care about things. A nice charm offensive. In a response to their answer: nothing was 'thrown' at the restaurant chef, we received an assignment from Eigen haard to clean the balcony and railing, which we did with water and a brush. And yes, there are some splashes. But the attitude they repeatedly adopt is, to put it mildly, negligent. And then act like everything’s fine afterwards. 👍

Na de uitcheck heeft hij zich onverwacht misdragen door vuil waswater in de poort van onze buren te gooien bijna op het hoofd van de kok die daar liep en heeft hij bij dat restaurant (waar hij overigens nog nooit gegeten had) een slechte review op de site achtergelaten, evenals op de site van de supermarkt om de hoek. Een rare manier om je schepen achter je te verbranden.

Beste Jesse, Wij hebben niet ervaren dat onze communicatie zo slecht was als jij schertst en we zijn ook goed bereikbaar. Het was wel een ding dat wij er bij jullie pre-check achter moesten komen dat jullie een binnendeur grof hadden opengetrapt, die daarbij behoorlijk versplinterd was. Het hele loopslot was uit het hout gekraakt en er zat een groot gat. Je partner was het eens dat daar een timmerman bij moest komen. Uiteindelijk hebben we overeenkomst bereikt over de eindafrekening van het herstel. De deur moet overigens nog volledig afgelakt worden, hetgeen wij niet in rekening hebben gebracht. Jouw beoordeling van 1 ster (....), niet echt terecht.
