As everyone knows, there’s always something with private rentals, but I’ve never experienced it like this before. Ridiculous. Supposedly not handed over clean, the garden wasn't tidy, stains on the walls, name it. Point 1: photos were taken when it had just been plastered, so logically stains will appear on the walls later. And point 2: perhaps when a property is handed over, you walk through it together instead of barging in yourself and shouting about everything. And then to have the audacity to say if you cleaned every week it wouldn’t be dirty? Who are you Angela? Were you there? It's an old house from 18 something, what do you think yourself, of course it doesn’t ventilate well and stains will appear eventually. But I’m glad I only had telephone contact, didn’t take any photos myself of things and was able to throw away my furniture due to a leak. Great, and now also €500,- lighter because yes they can withhold that.
