Onze keuze voor hen, en waar ze in onze ogen zich hebben onderscheiden, was de persoonlijke en normale nuchtere benadering. Service op maat, empatisch, constructief proactieve benadering, zeer prettig in de omgang. De overige makelaars die we over de vloer hebben gehad hadden een zeer commerciële snelle populaire benadering in het eerste contact. Dit paste niet bij ons. Dat wil niet zeggen dat Kamp & Koolhof makelaars en taxateurs B.V. dit ook niet kan bieden maar initieel was de behoefte van ons en wat ze erin kunnen betekenen de insteek. Menne Kamp is daarbij een zeer prettige persoonlijkheid die adequaat en accuraat, empatisch maar ook eerlijk en direct communiceert. Ook het contact met het secretariaat was ook uitstekend en goed bereikbaar.. Al met al een dikke 10 voor kunde, vaardigheid en service.

Erg vaag traject betreft aankoop huis, er werd gezegd dat er geen ontbindende voorwaarden waren (ander partij) en dat we meer moesten bieden, daarna bleek dat er wel ontbindende voorwaarden waren, dat koste ons een huis
