After waiting almost 2 months for an answer, I called today for an update. To my surprise, I heard that the property in question is as good as rented out. I strongly advise against Waltmann Makelaars and Bedrijfshuisvesting.

Extremely crooked broker. Even if you meet all the requirements and submit everything neatly on time, they will invent something so that they assign it to someone who is better suited. Preferably avoid, the organization is not customer-friendly. They simply tell you what you want is not possible because they don't feel like helping you. They also unnecessarily put pressure on you. Not a pleasant organization to do business with for an important purchase/sale such as your home.

This is a terrible company. Do not go into business with them because they immediately start messing with you with their terms and conditions. Before you know it, you're stuck with a 10-year contract that you can't get out of.
