Okay. But I did feel that the agent wasn't familiar with the market. Also some discussion about placing and removing the for sale sign without consultation. Improvement points passed on to the agent, but that was perceived as criticism which I remain sorry about.

Very friendly and accommodating, went along with my ideas. Always available when I had questions; I would definitely recommend Brigitte. They are also absolutely not expensive. Most brokers charge 1% commission if you have an expensive property, which is quite a lot. They work with a fixed price.

What a worthless realtor. I understand the other negative reviews now. No knowledge of real estate and appraisals. That's why they don't sell anything but only buy (be careful, see other reviews, they don't know the market and will let you pay 100,000 euros too much). I came for a simple appraisal quote of 500 euro, when I received the bill it was 800 euro. Very unreliable and unskilled - a warned consumer counts for two!

Appraisal | friendly, service-oriented. Quick and reliable follow-up. Only ultimately surprised by the justification of market value and certain sentences/claims in the report. Most striking examples, average asking price of neighborhood in report (#36 sold houses) significantly below average asking price funda (#40, of which 30 already sold). Quite important in a housing market with rising prices. Also, measured living space m2 considerably less than what I bought. Less allocated living space affects the appraisal value as you can imagine. Therefore not satisfied substantively. However, a suitable solution has been found for this.

Call to schedule an appointment. They asked if you could on Friday; no, then we are still on vacation. We can do Saturday though. Answer: Saturday cannot be viewed, but it won't be available again until Tuesday. Appointment made. Still asked whether they would first complete all viewings and then process any bids or if they work with a closing date. No, the former was the case, unless the anonymous offer is so large. Then perhaps a closing date will be used. Just called to announce that the appointment cannot go ahead because the real estate agent had accepted an offer. Apparently Welkom Makelaars doesn't attach much importance to their own words and commitments. WORTHLESS REAL ESTATE AGENT WITH WHOM I ALSO DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS ANYMORE. LET ALONE HAVING THEM SELL OUR HOUSE... FIRST CLASS CHARLATANS
