Omdat ik in Nederland woon, heb ik een aantal zaken met dit bedrijf opgezegd. Toen ik naar het buitenland vertrok om als expat te wonen, hebben ze mijn huis verhuurd en later verkocht aan huurders. Maandagochtend tot 09.30 en gisteren tot 12.30 hebben wij een stroomstoring gehad. Klanten die ons geprobeerd hebben te bereiken op het vaste nummer hebben direct de voicemail te pakken gekregen. Dat is inderdaad vervelend. Normaal is de wachttijd maximaal 5 minuten. We plaatsen op Funda pas "verhuurd onder voorbehoud" als status bij een woning, zodra alle kijkers die langsgeweest zijn door ons zijn geïnformeerd. (dat kan een dag duren). Wellicht is het voor u handig om zich vrijblijvend bij ons in te schrijven voor een huurwoning. We krijgen tegenwoordig als snel 20-30 reacties op een woning en dan is verstandig om direct te kunnen reageren.
