1 star is even too much. 2 years ago, I bought a house. I was told by Frank that the central heating boiler worked and the electricity was in good order. After we moved into the house, we tried to turn on the heating. It turned out the central heating boiler didn't work. After calling 3 central heating experts, 2 electricians, buying a new central heating boiler, and being €3000 further down in costs, we discovered that there was no ground cable in the house. Our lives were therefore at risk. I called Fris wonen and they stated that they do not offer compensation and hung up in my face. Says a lot about this company. €3000 in costs and I have to sort it out myself. Never doing business with them again. I also strongly advise against buying your house through them. A fine company for selling, because they even sell houses that don't have electricity…
